Default Custom built ramps

Not sure If I'll get anything out of this but I'm curious..

My car is too low to jack from the front as is many others on this forum.. I've been wanting to build some ramps I can just drive my car onto so that i can get my low profile jack under the front bumper to the centre jack point. Just wondering if anyone has built custom ramps that they feel like sharing..

I was planning on using some 2 by 10's and beveling the front edge and screwing them together.. Just curious if other people have gotten creative..

Mighty car mods posted a video on making wooden ramps as well using the same idea as yours.

That's exactly what I was thinking.. I would make my initial piece a lot longer though.. with 2 by 10's I imagine I would only need to make 2 pieces - would raise the car by about 4" would be more then enough to get my jack in

I thought about making them, but I decided to be lazy and just roll onto a small block of wood on each side. A little sketchy in feel but it works.

That's exactly what I was gonna do.. just bevel the front edge a bit to make it smoother. I'll get around to it eventually haha Installed some caliper decals today
