Default IS 250 - whining noise

Hi there,

my car makes this whining noise. best heard when driving at 2000-3000rpm.

videos here:

i did some research on CL, found out (well i hoped) it is caused by the alternator. so my car has like 110k miles on it and i thought it could not be bad to replace it with a new one.
did it today, the noise is still there. also i replaced the beld and the pulley.

this sound was there since i bought it, but i bugs me and i want to get rid of it.

i thought that whine was caused by water pump pulley's bearing and its a common issue...

I could be wrong, but I think basically every IS 250/350 makes that noise. I purchased mine used. It made it when I got it 2 years ago. It still makes it today. Runs great. Plenty of power. Revs quick. Great mileage. I think it has something to do with the timing chain myself.
