Has anyone used PPE HEADERS with stock cats ? Is that even possible?

Your IS350 has two sets of cats (4 catalytic converters). The primary cats are located in and integral with the stock exhaust manifold. The secondary cats are located in the exhaust pipes just aft of the primaries. So, PPE headers replace the stock manifolds AND the primary cats. Unless you replace the stock exhaust system, the secondary cats will remain.

I presume you want to keep it smog legal for CA ?

Not possible to integrate this with the primary cat since the primary cat is part of the stock header as flowrider said. I suppose you can take it to a custom exhaust shop who can torch off the primary cat and wield it on to the PPE. The cost would not be cheap and also why you even do this ?

Yes for California. I see from the web site hi flow cats can be installed in the left over space. Just don't want to get inspected and called on it.

^^^^Unless you know somebody, you can't touch your exhaust system in California and pass visual inspection unless you have a CARB certificate.
