Seafoam is like a general product that helps clean buildup. Just because it can be used for your fuel system doesn't mean it was made to be used as an injector cleaner. A product made specifically to clean your fuel system would be a better choice for cleaning your fuel system.

I used to do the Seafoam through the Vacuum line on my 2002 IS300, but have not done it on my 2010 IS350. Does anyone have a link or image of which vacuum line you guys are using on the IS350 with the seafoam?

Just run it through your intake. If you want to run something through the gas tank buy some fuel injector cleaner. If you put it in your oil do it right before an oil change. As far as running it through the intake on my is350 there was a cap next to the throttle body I removed to get vacuum as it was much easier than dealing with the lines. If you cup your hand against it and pour slowly into your hand it should go in easily. Don't forget to go for a quick aggressive drive afterwards to suck all the seafoam through that settles in the manifold.
