So I have the same problem and it's intermittent. A friend of mine that works at the dealership say's they can still find out what the error logs say's even tho it's not showing up anymore, and we find out it's a bad wire/connection or something underneath near the brake pedal. I never got it replaced since it goes away and only shows up every couple of months for a day or 2, then goes away on it's own.

Ok thanks for the heads up Badboye. Yeah maybe it was just my obd2 scanner. Maybe ill go in and get it scanned by an professional. Its probably not a big deal i just wanna know what it actually is thats causing the issue.

these 4 lights kept coming on in my 2007 RX350, had it checked at the Lexus dealership and they said it is the brake light switch. This happened about 3 years ago and it was same thing. Had it replaced and is fine now.

one of yours ABS is broken, no worry just replace it but you need the ABS special scanner, ODB2 won't work for ABS code

When this happened to me I just cleaned the gas cap off and it somehow disappeared. Called the dealer and that's what they said I should do. It did appear two more times after I refueled, just did that again and haven't seen it. Don't know if this will work for everyone else though.
