Hello, I recently acquired a 2011 Lexus IS350 AWD black on black. I want to swap out the silver aluminum wheels to the darker prettier F-sport wheels. My question is, will this cause instability issues?

Also does anyone know what kind of fuses this car uses? Is it the mini or low-profile mini fuses? I'm installing dash cams but I'm also not sure which fuse to put the fuse tap in. Any suggestions?

I don't see how swapping wheels to the F sport wheels would cause instability issues of any sort unless they weren't balanced, broken, etc. The only thing you have to keep in mind when switching wheels on the AWD ISx50 is that the overall rolling diameter must be the same. Just guessing for the fuse tap for your dash cam, but couldn't you use IGN on the passenger fuse box so it powers on with your car? Kinda the same as running LED strip aftermarket headlights I would assume but I don't really know.

Do you mean all the wheels must be the same size?

I am installing a dash cam battery so that my cameras remain on when my car is off, such as in a parking lot. The battery has a "battery +" yellow wire, "ACC" red wire, and ground. I was advised to install the yellow wire with a fuse that's always on, however I'm not sure which fuse is always on. This car shuts off almost every electrical component once I shut the car off. So that's where I'm stuck at.

On an awd the "rolling diameters" of all 4 tires must be very very close in percentage. If you don't do this your check 4wd light will come on, and if u leave it your awd system will blow eventually. Take your tire sizes and do a comparison on this website here https://tiresize.com/calculator/ .... you want to get the diamter as close to each as possible. Less then 1% difference. Close to zero as u can. Then your good. For instance 235 35 19 and 275 30 19 pair together for a 0% difference.
