There's really only 3 options here:
1) Change nothing, keep the yellow looking DRL, keep your high beam
2) Get LED high beam bulbs, bright white DRL, lose your high beam
3) Disable DRL on Techstream, lose the yellow DRL and keep functioning high beams
Actually there's a fourth:

Change your fogs to LEDs (Which I have done) then disable the DRLs and wire the fogs to the ignition switch so that they are on when ignition is on (which I have not done).

Default 2nd little bulb in DRL housing??

I just noticed last night that there is a 2nd little bulb inside the DRL housing that comes on with the headlights. I don't know if theres an LED replacement, or maybe I can just disconnect it--it is dingy yellow.

That is the parking light, it's a simple 194 wedge bulb as the others said. I replaced mine with an LED wedge bulb as well. The first picture is just the parking lights on with the DRL disabled. The second picture is with the low beam HID and LED fogs as well.

Looks cool. I just received the DRL LED replacement bulbs--I opened the hood took off the plastic covers looked behind the headlight unit but I still couldn't see how to access the bulb.

There's a plastic cover on the back of the headlights protecting them from the elements, you just turn it and it pops out and you can access the back of the bulbs. It's much easier to get to with the airbox and washer fluid bottle out of the way.

I got the new DRL LED bulbs in but they are flickering!! So I put the original bulbs back in. How do I stop the flickering?? Will the LED parking lights flicker too? If its too much trouble I will just keep the stock bulbs.

The LED needs 12v to run properly. With the DRL only putting out 3-4v, it will cause it not function properly. You will need a module to supply them with enough power to prevent the low voltage problem.

The parkikng lights don't have this problem because they're always running at 12v.

I found a decoder on ijdmtoy.com that will fix the flicker but seems like too much trouble to install, and if its installed then I cant put the dust cover back behind the light unit. Anyone ever use this decoder??

Hey bro how did you get the DRL LEDs to not flicker did you install the decoder? If yes which decoder did you use and how easy is it to install? I read that the decoder module runs hot and could melt.

Those look like incandescent halogen bulbs with a blue coating. I wouldn't expect them to flicker, but I don't think they'll look particularly good at 50% brightness either.
