Where i can order front door trim panel cover IS250 2007?
Hi all, i am a new member !
I am looking for a trim panel which describes in the line red in the pic below. they are are front door trim panel (left and right door). Could you please let me know where I can order the part. My part now is melted and scratched so I want to buy the used good condition ones or new ones. If you have any information please could you email me incvn@yahoo.com or pm me !

Lexus IS offering replacement door panels and dashboards to those with melting/ sticky door panels and dashboards. I would advise contacting your local dealership to initiate the process. I have had all 4 door panels replaced at no cost.

Thank for fast response, but I imported the car from the US, and now the car is outside the US. the melting parts replacement program can cover all lexus is250 despite that they are inside or outside US? or only in the US ?
You can't just buy that part, the panel is sold as an assembly.
Thank you, but if i buy two parts . it is very expensive, at my front door panel, everything is very good condition except from the melting trim on them!
I have heard that Lexus have replacement program for replacing the melting parts on lexus is 250. but the car is now outside us. How can i do in this case to receive the replacement part . Hope get any help from member of the forum. I can provide the VIN and the pic of actual cars, it actually imported from the US.
If your car is outside of US then you're pretty much out of luck with Lexus replacing it for you. And like member above said, our door panel comes as a whole assembly, you cannot just purchase the upper trim.
Where is the car located now? The warranty replacement is handled through Lexus dealerships. You may be able to get the door panel replaced in whatever country you are in now.
