Help me with some wheel questions please
I have a 2012 2nd gen is350 fsport I know that the rims come stock at front:18x8 and rear18x8.5 with offsets 45 and 50. would i be able to run the miro 398's at the same sizes but with a +20 offset? please and thank you

Depending on the tire sizes you choose with those wheels, you'll probably need a minor fender roll up front AND the infamous "bumper tab" mod PLUS modification to if not removal of the front wheel liners with 225/35 tires. Rears, you'll be fine with most 255/35 tires w/o need to touch the fenders/fender liners.
