Default AC line replacement

Quick question on the AC Low side line. It has a leak where it rub against my header. I was wonder do i need to bleed anything to replace the line as you can see next to the header. Has anyone done this? It looks straight forward to do I'm just wanna make sure if i have to bleed anything.

Here where it connect to go to the compressor. Looks like i just take it apart there?

My advise if you want your a/c working properly again is to take it to a shop to perform and evac, and recharge. Have them evacuate the system, replace the line yourself, as it looks easy to do, then take it back to them, and have them perform a vacuum (30 minutes MINIMUM), and a recharge. Make sure to replace all O-rings if they dont' come with the new line. I wouldn't pay more that $100 for the service. If you shop around, you might be able to find it cheaper.
