The top of my steering wheel is showing quite a bit of age. It is only the outer ring, nothing to do with the controls or airbag/horn area. Does Lexus offer replacement outer wheels only? Is there any upgrade, possibly an IS-F wheel that people have done? Is this a fairly simple swap or one best left to Lexus? I've swapped wheels on other airbag equipped cars but, never on a Lexus.

I have upgraded the wheel on my ISF with a DCTMS wheel. I have my old wheel, and it is not worn, but the "F" emblem is missing. I used it with my new wheel. You can probably find an F Sport emblem. LMK if your interested. I can send you pics.

I changed the wheel myself, it's not that hard. I can send you instructions.

Also, this might be an option for you, if you want to retain you current wheel and can do some stitching:
