Default 2010 Lexus IS250 wheel stud question

So i just recently acquired a is250 to go along with my rx350 and the previous owner seemed to have tightened the lug nuts way over past 76lbs of torque, so much that the threads on the studs are messed up
Im going to replace them all but doing some research the only ones ive found that are decent are the arp ones

https://www.amazon.ca/ARP-1007715-Wh...xus+wheel+stud

but theyre apparently extended, will this still work on both the front and back or will i need to buy other parts to get it to be safe?

Thank you

Extended studs aren't the best bet if you're using stock wheels, etc. They are intended for special use (thick wheel mounting, non-bolt-on spacers, etc.).
