O2 connector help needed.
I tried searching, and found a lot of info on replacing the senors. Very helpful. My problem is not being able to "click" the connector all the way.
I had to do my bank 2, sensor 1. With a little help from PB blaster the job went fairly quick. I did not need to remove the manifold. Claw socket and long flexiable ratchet took care of it. Only one small electrical box above the wheel mount needed to be re-positioned. Un-clicking it was actually the hardest part.
Do I need to:
1. Remove the manifold to actually click it closed.
2. Is there a trick or tool I can use to click it. There is not much room to get a channel lock in. Should I get ghetto and use a hose clamp and mini ratchet?
Sorry in advance for the dumb question #2. Thanks for all of the information you guys have built up on here.
