Default Where is the computer for the transmission?

I am trying to work with a company on a few things for my is350 and they think they might be able to adjust some things with the transmission. First I need to locate and remove whatever controls the transmission so they can let me know if they can reprogram it. Where can I find this on my car?

The transmission is controlled by the engine computer. It is mounted on the LH side of the engine bay inside of the computer box. (Beside the fuse/relay box).

They say they have been able to reprogram a few Toyota transmissions but they would need to see the computer first to see if they can do anything for the is350.

This is what the outside of the computer looks like:

The processor on the right side of the board is for the transmission (though there are obviously a few other related components).
