Sorry in advance if I am posting this in the wrong section. Hoping that I can get some answers to some of my questions!

Recently purchased 2012 headlights to install on my 2006 IS350.
1.The auto function no longer works. I have to flip the headlights on and off. Is there a certain wire that I have to switch in order for this function to work? If so, can someone provide a pic of it? or a DIY.

2. Is there anyway to turn the yellow "runner" lights off? or is this something the dealer has to do? I attached a picture for reference.

3. The shop that installed my headlights stated they tried to use my original brackets from my 06 headlights but it didn't fit. He also mentioned that he tried to figure out a way to cut it but said it was not possible nor recommended. Do you guys think buying 2013 brackets will fit the bumper for attachments?
