Default TPMS source?

So my 06 IS350 got the Check System TPMS light. The car is 10 years old so the TPMS would be on its way out. Too bad I didnt realize this when I got new tires a couple weeks ago and couldve pre emptively replaced them. Now I have to pay to dismount and remount

Using my VIN I was able to verify that 42607-33021 works for my car (06/06 production date). Does anyone know a good source for TPMS pricewise? The best I found so far was here. $35 each and $5 shipping for a whole set. In the link it says no cloning or programming necessary? Dealers will program for a fee of course but I heard Discount Tire can program them. I know on my Mustang GT the sensors autolearn within 25 miles when you swap sensors. Any idea if these are capable of autolearning?

I'm in the process of this too..

here's what I did hopefully it can help you out a little. After shopping around Ebay was cheapest for used which is the route I opted for due to price ( you can find sensors from 2011-2012 if you're worried about life span). They were ~$55 shipped for all of them and as far as programming goes I went to Dunn tire and they will program them for $25 for all four, they will also install them free of charge..
shop around though, I spent endless hours finding a deal

yea ill need to confirm if the Discount Tire near me is able to program it. The link in the OP is a different part number than what was in that post 550-0101 vs 550-0103

I had to do the same a few years back. In socal, all the discount tires/americas tires have the tool to read the sensors. I just brought the sensors into them and worked out a deal where they charged me to program the sensors and installed it for free. I forget how much it was to program though.

Weird, mine is an '06 IS350 as well, and Denso listed 550-0101 was the correct sensor...

Don't tell me this whole time I bought the wrong sensor lol...

just as an update the ones I purchased were correct. I took it to discount tire today and asked them to check which ones were bad, only the drivers side sensors were throwing codes or weak batteries. Discount changed and programmed the car for the new sensors with their Wheelrite 400+ scan tool and the Check System light is gone. Im holding on to the other two sensors until they go out. I was only charged $20 for the whole job.
