hey there guy and gal.. I been looking online for some black housing headlight with oem hid for my is250 but than was not able to find any at all.. if any of you know where i can look can you help point me in the right way..

Black headlights are custom work. 06-10 all come silver. If you want to make it black you have to bake it open, pant the housing then re seal. 11+ headlights with LED strip come painted black.

Or you can have it done by professional... it'll usually be quite expensive and time consuming though...
