Replacing factory halogens with oem LED's
I found a set of oem led headlights for a 2006-2010 is250/350 and I'm wondering if I will need to make any modifications to make them work on my 06 is350 with factory halogens? Will I need to buy ballasts or anything of that nature?

AFAIK LED headlights didn't come to the IS line until 2010. Using the excellent Search Function on this forum I found these Threads:

Yes u do needs ballast if u want hid and u also need led modules unless ur headlight is loaded with it. It basically plug and play but depends how u want ur led strip light up. It's plug and play if u turn it on manually or u can wire the led strip to ignition fuse so it will come on automatically when u start the car.
