Default Female Seatbelt Receptor Jammed/Paint Repair

If I can break even on what's left in my payments - I'm planning to trade in my '08 250 due to a lot of bad luck with the vehicle and some poor customer service. Just curious and hoping someone can help here with two fixes prior to trade in.

The female receptor that takes the buckle is jammed (stuck in down position) - does anyone know the part number and how easy this is to replace myself? Dealer quoted me at $119 for the new female receptor and with labor it came to around $300 for everything.

Further, I have a paint chip that is down to the metal on the driver side rear door where the door meets the body - does anyone recommend a specific course of action or product for touching up?

Thanks to everyone in advance. I really appreciate the help.

The dealership didn't offer a free replacement for the seat beat issue? Call Corporate and tell them about the seat belt issue and the dealership you visited. I believe it would be in the company's best interest to replace their safety devices without cost to the owner.

Just get Lexus color-matched touch-up paint. Either available online or at your local dealership.
