I contacted Sewell Lexus for pricing on a 2012 Lexus IS HID headlamp and he said they do not carry them in stock anymore and then he added that it "probably wouldn't work because there might be 'wiring differences' between 2009 and 2012 headlamps. However I've seen DIY tutorials of people installing 2012 HID headlamps into their 2008 Lexus IS250s so why can't I? Also if you can put in a link of where to buy some HID headlamps for Lexus IS250s that would also be helpful

Thay are hard to get now so I would go with either pre made set for 2008 or the 2012-2013 set and do the wiring yourself. It's also easier to get them fully loaded. I got a few sets from eBay.
