I've found a few posts from people who have bought small stuff from them, like brake pads, but not much from people who have purchased bigger stuff.
I've also seen a couple of mods mention them as "legitimate", which isn't really an endorsement.
I've also seen a post or two about people purchasing f-sport suspension, paying, getting email that the parts are not available, then waiting for a refund.
Part of the reason I'm asking is that if you search for feedback about them (or Genuine Parts Giant, which is the real company name AFAIK) on the net you get almost universally negative feedback. To the point where I'm wondering how "honest" they really are. When I say bad feedback, I mean things like buying a part, receiving the wrong part, having a nearly impossible time returning it.

So I'm wondering if people can post a bit of feedback on their experiences with this company. They do not appear to be a sponsor. If I'm violating the terms of agreement by asking about a non-sponsor, I'll just apologize in advance. I had a quick look and didn't see a relevant section saying I shouldn't make a post like this.

I bought rear end links from them with no issues. I would continue to buy parts from them.
