Default Horn sounds weak after the body shop

I was needing someones opinion on my horn sound. I just got my car back from the body shop due to some work that was needing to be done about 6 months ago (front bumper work). After getting the car back, not only did they switch my LED fog lights out with orange basic bulbs, but my horn now sounds like an old VW beetle's would probably sound. I was wondering, how could they have possibly messed with my horn sound by replacing the front bumper, and what can be done to get my horn to sound normal again? Is this a possibly easy fix, or not. I will be taking it back to them to fix these issues.

Thank you.
