2009 IS250 Front Bumper
Hi there,
I'm new to the site and wanted to know if I could get some direction.
My IS got scratched and bumper got pushed in a little bit on the passenger side by a red car as I was doing my shopping. This is what I came out to see when I was done.
I was wondering if it was worth getting fixed or to buy a new bumper.
ErinMills Lexus gave me a rough estimate of about $1000 for new bumper and paint. Gonna use that as a rough guideline to shop around.
Does anyone have any recommendations of body shops in the Peel area?
Thanks

Go to a reputable body shop and get it repainted! Before they repaint they'll likely sand or do their best to rid imperfections for a smooth surface to paint on.
That "pushed in" part is nothing to worry about. When I took my bumper off, I had that same look on the side, but it turned out to be a small area which I could *carefully* bend out. when the body shop repaints, they'll have to remove the bumper from the car anyway.
Good luck!

Just FYI painting starfire pearl is not cheap at all because is a 3 stage paint and is hard to match if u want a good quality body shop they still will charge u around $1000 just to repaint it. At least in Bay area ca that's how much it cost
