Default 135,000km service

Hi CL,

Recently had a 135,000km service on my 2006 IS350 (.jp import) at Lexus Wellington, NZ. Everything was fine other than a couple of recommendations for the next service -

left front shock starting to weep - $294
waterpump is starting to weep - $543

Just wondering if those are reasonable prices and how urgent they could be, or if that might be something I can do myself (obviously cars are not my specialty )

Prices mentioned are in USD, but I'm in New Zealand where parts can be more expensive.

Thanks!

waterpump is the most critical component of the two listed. You do not want your car to overheat.
