I am so new with CAI system. My friend has Scion tc 2006 and he has Injen CAI.
We were wondering if it can be used to my IS250 2010 by any chance without modifying it.
Is it even safe to use the used CAI?

Post a pic of the intake or one like it from the same model car and we'll tell you if the bends of the piping will work in the 2IS engine bay.

Oh, does the pipe have a place for the MAF?

Those tc's have the 2az 2.4L mounted the opposite way of your motor.. so no it won't fit without modifying. The bend is wrong for your car and like mentioned, I don't know if the maf sensor will fit.

I really don't understand the purpose of using a aftermarket CAI for the ISx50. If you look at the design of the stock intake it takes air from the front and is positioned right under the hood. I think the only benefit would be to use a JoeZ intake or the Fsport Intake.
