I have a spray bottle of CRC MAF cleaner. However, instruction says it should not be used for "most of the Lexus and Toyotas" especially ones with Karman Vortex type MAF.

Can this be used to clean MAF of 2006 IS350?

it says it can't be used on Lexus and Toyotas equipped with karman vortex type maf. The isx50 is not equiped with this maf. the karman vortex maf has a distinct waffle like mesh where the air passes.

I used the crc cleaner in my car and it worked great for low rpm response. Wait for it to completely dry before re install and remember to disconnect battery before remove and cleaning maf so the ecu reset properly and adjusts for clean maf. reconnect battery once maf is properly connected and in place
