It is a STI lip. Which is made out of Polyurethane plastic and it is secured by a lot of screws.

06-07 sti lip. I tried the CS lip where it has an ark on the sides but its too much work so i didnt get it

It should fit. It is flexible so you can shape it to your wald lip and screw it.
