Unhappy catalytic converter is 250 warranty anyone?

I was wondering if anyone had their catalytic converter for their IS replace under the warranty program
8 years/80k mileage. My car been pining the Check VSC for the past year and I was lucky enough that it went away when it was time for my inspection, Now the stupid red light is back...

I dont have any exhaust leaks on the car and even brought gaskets to change to see if that fixed the problem but the dam light is still there. P0420 is the code I get when I run the Bios

If anyone on the forum had their cats replace please let me know how that process went/or any experience regarding this matter.

I had the same codes p0430/p0420 catalytic converter below threshold on my 08 is350. I took it to lexus with 50 miles under 80,000 and they replaced everything for free. It took them about 2 - 3 days but I got a 2015 RX as a loaner so I didn't mind

Emissions wawwanty is 8/80. Don't let your car go over 80K Miles.

Gaskets have nothing to do with it. The exhaust leak happens due to holes in the y-pipe under the heat shield, so you may not be aware of it until it gets very bad.
