Default Sudden issue with ignition codes p0351-p0356 crank no start

Hello Everyone I was hoping someone can help me

I recently put the original headlights back on my IS250 (2010) After using aftermarket ones for over a year. Unfortunately, I did not disconnect the battery during this process.

I swapped out the LHS side first, tested it and tuned the car on - All OK
I then swapped the RHS headlight and tested that one too and - All Ok, car starts and lights are on without any issues.

I then switched the car off and turned it back on after around 20 mins, the car would not start! it cranks but wont start

A Mechanic inspected and did the following:
- ignition codes p0351, P0352, P0353, P0354, P0355 and P0356
- put in brand new battery and that has not fixed the issue
- checked fuses (All are fine)
- checked the in-way pump and sprayed it

Mechanic says if all 6 codes are showing then it must be with the wiring, maybe something I did whilst placing the headlights back in?
I since loosened the headlights and pulled it out slightly to check If I damaged any of the cables internally to which I don't think I have, everything looks fine.

He says I need to see an electrician. But I am hoping if anyone can give me any advice here before I spend more money on this please?

It seems you've lost ground to all six ignition coils. You don't need an electrician, you need someone able to use a 12V test lamp to verify grounds. Yes, you can ohm them with a meter, as quick test but for this, an incandescent test lamp is best.

During alternator replacement, some remove the engine ECU, but I can't imagine you did that for this. You many want to unbolt the cover to the ECU (3X 10mm) and inspect the connectors. Was anything on the engine unbolted or disconnected?

Any chance of rodent attact? Take a flashlight and inspect the coils and wire looms for damage.

So are you certain you've checked all fuses? Under the engine bay? Find the ignition fuses labeled on the cover diagram. Make sure your fuses are in the correct spot, properly seated, and not blown.

reference here: It's worth a try.

Yes all fuses are fine. Last option is to buy new coils and spark plugs

Try the battery disconnect for 5 minutes and then reconnect, might reset. Good luck.

Does your scan tool have freeze frame data?

I'd suspect it's just one dead coil preventing the no start.

Freeze frame data should point to the one specific cylinder.

With that being said. I'd start with one coil only. If you dont have an advanced scan tool. Then start with one new coil. Remove one at a time then insert new coil. Then try to see if it will start. The problem you can do this on the passenger side easy, but on driver side the upper intake has to come off to do this one at a time.

How many miles does the car have at this point?

OP what was the fuse test method?

There are three panels to look at. I'd suggest you review your owners manual fuse application. It has a lot more detail than lid does.

That said, during cranking did the battery die? If so, it will throw up a bunch errors that aren't real problems... it seems more likely its hard starting 250 and flooded itself if the errors did not return with a fully charged battery.

Sorry you will need an OBD scanner to let you know what the issue is, if no fuse showing blown, Good luck.

Please list any and all codes present after battery replacement.

Pull one coil, connect harness and install a spark plug in the coil. Ground the plug case to the engine. Crank engine and observe if spark is present.
