19" F Sport Full Face Forged Wheel Installation
Wheels in question: http://www.ebay.com/itm/LEXUS-FSPORT...-/131127411268
I was thinking of picking these up in the aftermarket instead of getting them installed for $4k at the dealership and am wondering if there is something special needed to install these wheels? Costco has a set of Michelin PSS for quite cheap, but I fear they won't be able to mount and install these rims. eBay listings generally say something to the following effect:
"Requires TMS F-SPORT vehicle lugnut kit PTR27-30010 (sold separately)
TMS F-SPORT Lugnut SET provides the correct amount of lugs and locks for 1 vehicle, enough for both front and rear axles"
So I would have to purchase these and... would it be safe to assume a place like Costco would be able to install the wheels using these tools? Or another shop? Or do I HAVE to go to Lexus to get this done?
Pardon my ignorance if this is an obvious question, I wanted to make sure before I plunk a huge chunk of change for them.

Thanks, they are very pricey, but I wanted a stock lightweight 19" wheel.
So, presumably I'd need to also pick up one of these - http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-genuine-Lexus-OEM-F-SPORT-WHEEL-INSTALLATION-KIT-10-14-IS350-IS250-ISC-/171336979878?hash=item27e47ad5a6&vxp=mtr - and I should be good to go? Just transfer the TPMS from the old wheels that I have on?

They are cheaper and also factory wheels and those lug nuts are the exact the ones you need.
I got them all from Sewell before they shut down their internet sale for $438/wheel + shipping. You got free shipping for these. I had them installed at an America's Tire shop.
Here's how they look on the car.

Don't fall for the hype In the ad. There isn't anything that special about the lug nuts or the installation. The wheels don't work with the OEM Toyota lug nuts, you will need aftermarket conical style lug nuts. I'm pretty sure the F Sport lug nuts are re-branded (and re-priced $$$!) McGard lug nuts.

I'm still slightly confused whether I need to buy something on top of the wheels, the ad is once again slightly misleading ("Required for installation, is the all chrome F-Sport Wheel Installation Kit. The spline drive lug nuts are made from forged hardened steel and triple nickel plated for a bright durable finish; each lock features a laser-etched F-Sport logo."). I'll be sure to give them a ring regarding CL, thanks for the tip.

That looks fantastic and exactly the reason why I want these wheels. Were there any difficulties having them mounted @ America's Tire? That package you bought presumably came with everything you needed and you just purchased the tires to go with them?

I just scored a set with the F-Sport lug nut kit and one extra rear wheel as a spare for $1675. It was on Ebay as a used set but they were a display set at a dealer and no tires had ever been mounted on them they look brand new. The seller was about a 2 hr drive away so I offered $1475 cash local pick up and he said okay. When I showed up he said he had another rear wheel he would sell me for an additional $200. These are a lot lighter than I thought they would be and they do look way better in person. And by the way I was reading this post last night and clicked on the Ebay link above and that's when I saw them under a different listing that popped up under the original listing in that link. He had them listed for $1695
