Aiming Headlights
Hi everyone, I apologize for another thread on aiming headlights. I recently bought a 2011 IS250 and installed an HID kit because they were factor halogen.
The problem with my isn't the vertical aim but the horizontal. I have looked through posts but I guess I haven't seen how to adjust them left or right for halogen. Lexus wants to charge me $55.00 for half and hour of labor, so I figured I would check on here first. Thanks for the help!

Horizontal aim is located under a plastic piece attached to the top of the fender. You will need a long skinny flat head to use this one. If you do it... count your wrist turns so you know where you are at in case you turn too far.
Also, try another Lexus dealership cause they should be adjusting your headlights for free. Sometimes when you tell the dealer too much u add to your own costs lol.

i have asked the dealer here to adjust the aim for me (where i get the warranty works done), told me i need a pair of new headlamps for 1.5k (i forgot what the reason was). i left that day.
i then went to a bigger dealer here , told me it'll charge a diagnose fee , later told me i had fender bender blahblah, if i wish for further diagnose then it'll cost more... i paid the first fee and left the place with question mark in my head cuz all i asked is to aim the god damn beam...
so ive been doing this myself for couple weeks , sometimes i get out of work at night so i can see if i need further adjustments.
i also learned that small problems like this, stealers wont want to deal with it
