19" look great for IS350. I want something that's lighter or same weight as stock. Don't want heavy rims that will affect performance.

Running comes with the low life, nothing rolling fenders , cutting fender liners won't solve. Just make your you do your homework on proper tire size. I've had 20s, 19s and now I'm on 18s. I got tired of the rubber band tire look, as someone else mentioned 19s you're limited on tire options. Not to mention they're more expensive.
But here's mine currently on 18s.

What wheels are these!?

I wondered the same thing before. I ended up going with 19's running 235/35/19 in the front and 275/30/19 in the rear. I will admit that it does fill the wheel well nicely. but I wish I went with 18's. 19's are more expensive in almost every way possible. it might be the size of the tires I went with but my car feels like it has lost torque. also with 19's my car sits higher than I want it to.
