R34 BN JDM skyline rear end in is250?
I have seen a nissan skyline gtr r34 bn subframe with diff carrier and axles along with suspension including struts and springs. I REALLY want to put this on my is250 only thing is it costs 1300$ which I could save up if i really make it a goal I guess. Also im worried about the fitment but I feel like it would fit anybody else's thoughts on this? I mean an is250 the one I have a least is AWD and the skylines came AWD as well. I was even thinking of doing a nissan 180sx rear end with an upgraded lsd for better performance I actually measured the stock is250 diff which is around 13" and an s13 240sx diff is 13" as well. Only reason I want to do this so bad is because I feel going with a 180sx or skyline subframe would make this car soooo much better in terms of reaponse?

That seems like it would be way too much work for questionable gain. Fitment issues aside (which would likely prove to be substantial), the suspension geometry would probably need some major tweaking to get it as dialed in as you want... if it can be at all...
If it's your life dream, do it. If not, you can find better things to do with your time and money.

Im thinking that suspension geometry wise I do not want to throw my car off balance its just. I dont like how lexus has a nice design for everything else on the car but the rear diff looks like my s13 diff which makes me go hmm maybe they should have put something stronger there? My rear axles are worn out so I guess I could just replace them and call it a day I just really wanna do something different thats going to make my car stronger and more valuable.

I wanna keep this car forever so your right maybe it wont up the value of it to other people to me it would i feel like lol. Well in your opinion though do you think that handling wise and stabilization wise it would help the is250 compared to the stock rear suspension setup? Kind of a vague question because it has not been done im just looking into your opinion on the subject.

I don't understand at all why you would want to do this.
How is a diff from a completely unrelated car going to give you better "reaponse"?
Why do you need a stronger diff in your car? Options for making more power are pretty limited, the stock diff is plenty strong enough for what the engine can dish out.
The IS250 diff has several options for an LSD that aren't even available for the IS350.
If you want the car to handle better that is not particularly difficult, and you don't need to resort to parts made for a completely different car.

The IS250 differential is the same unit used in the IS300 and is the same size as the Supra, it's quite strong in fact. I would not be looking to swap a whole entire rear subframe to change it to a Nissan differential, which will also require other custom work beyond just fitting the frame in (driveshaft, etc.).
It just doesn't make any sense.
The IS250 rear differential is not a weak point on the car. At all.
