Hi,
One of the few things wrong with my "new" 2009 IS250 is a dead front cigarette lighter/accessory receptacle. It had a dead fuse in it, but when replaced, still supplies no power.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I'm not sure what else is on this circuit, if anything.

I haven't checked what else it's linked to but it could fuse with another circuit. Wiring needs to be checked from fuse to lighter. Or your lighter is bad.

Definitely likely a fuse. I've blown a fuse just inserting a USB charger into mine. I don't know what it is about Lexus cig lighters.

I have replaced my fuse like 3-4 times, and after a few days it's dead again. I just gave up...

You didn't drop a penny or dime into the socket did you? Check to make sure there isn't a foreign object wedged down in there. Also check the cord you're plugging into the socket. Sometimes there is a fuse in that cord as well.

My 08 was lighter was also not working. Never figured to check the fuse and I drove it as is for the next four years..

Same here in my '12 IS.
Never checked it as i am not smoking in a car, but once tried to plug in usb charger for second phone and found it not working. Not verified fuse, as i have a radar connected and thinking that radar connected to front lighter and drains power from.
Definitely have to check... Writing down to check list.
