Is350 LED fog lamps info
Please excuse my ability to research. I tried but didn't find the info needed as far as decoder is needed for these.
Below is the product I'm looking to buy. Currently I have stock f sport fogfight with yellow film . I'm looking to match my HID and was wondering if these require a decoder or plug and play.

Any info on quality , performance and others are appreciated. Thank you.

your welcome! according to the specs they are 2400lm total 1200ea and on the user review on toyotanation forum they state they are brighter and wider than stock not by much but indeed brighter and with better beam pattern. If you want extremely bright, hid kit is your best option then but you wont have the nice even clean spread that the morimoto has unless you retrofit some hid projectors with the kit.
