Front Pads: 04465 53040
Rear Pads: 04466 22190
Front Rotors: 43512 08040
Rear Rotors: 42431 30280

If your brakes is dangerously in need of replacements, go with a local auto parts store. Otherwise, shop around online.

The part numbers are OEM part numbers and so they are for the OEM brake pads.

What country is your car from and what year is your car? Those part numbers may not fit your car.

There are 2 different types of factory front brakes (3 types of pads available from Lexus) and 2 types of rear brakes.

Front Pads: 04465-53040 (Textar High-Friction "High Dust") or 04465-53030 ("Low Dust")
Rear Pads: 04466-53010
Front Rotors: 43512-30310 (43512-08040 can work, but it's not the original rotor, it's from a Sienna)
Rear Rotors: 42431-30280
