Default lower control arm bracket/bushing

Hello i heard that these offset bracket/bushing adjust the caster theres a -20 mm offset and a +20 which offset would adjust to move the wheel slightly forward towards the front of car?its the front driverside

It's +/- 20', which is 0.33 degrees of caster adjustment, so not 20mm.

If you want more caster, you would select the +20' option.
