Default Chrome wheel cracked! Swap/trade/buy?

So I just noticed that one of my rims is bent/cracked, looks like the lip has a bend in it, the chrome is cracked, NOT the wheel, but the bend is very concerning. Well, I will need a new one, anyone have a lead on an IS350 rear wheel (split 5 spoke; 2008)? Perhaps someone selling one or know where one could be found for sale?

You can but since chrome is cracked it needs to be stripped & rechromed after repairing. Usually better to find a good replacement wheel.
I have a 18 X 8" front Chrome split spoke that is bent but chrome is not cracked, I use for a spare since I installed X-pac wheels. I'm selling my 2007 IS350 with X-pac's for $17,400 so I will sell the chrome spare with tire & 2 extra X-pac wheels that are like new.

I've never had a problem with CL. I've sold and bought from there.

You just gotta be smart. The meeting place is the key to a safe transaction. I usually meet inside a shopping mall if it's something I can carry easily. If it's something like a car, I meet outside a police station.

I've sold a couple of iPhones on CL in the past. However, we've had a few sales go south in this area even though the transaction took place on a McDonald's parking lot and outside an Apple store.

Google CL's sales gone wrong and then count yourselves lucky.

If you are selling a high value item, the safest place to sell an item is at the police precinct. If you want to be even safer, go with a friend.

I agree with you on that. As a matter of fact I'm about to put up for sell a set of 12 spoke OEM 17" wheels and MXV4 tires off my 2015 ES 350 as soon as I decide on a price. Will use the local sheriff's department around the corner as the place to do the deal when sold.
