Dang 215. That's not necessary. Depending on your drop you can even go up to 235/35/19 without rubbing. 225/35/19 is perfect IMO.

yeah, they gave me 215 and i didnt know what the diffrence was in tires. so are 225 okay for you? would 235 make my clearance from ground to fender bigger? i have the Hks exhaust and dont wanna f it up with the coilovers i just bought.

Here is what a stretch tire looks like. It is so that you don't rub or some people like the look of that.

Here is what a stretched tire is.

Are you on stock height? Since your offset is pretty aggressive. I can't say for certain if you won't rub with 225.

You can always adjust your co. My fronts 235/35/19 rears 265/30/19 and I have never scraped the exhaust. The IS exhaust is tucked up towards the belly more unlike my civics was hanging naturally lower.
Having stretched tires allows the edge of the tire to be at an angle where it won't rub against the fender lip. Others have an extreme offset so need a stretched tire and not all tires are safe to do so.

Not my car. I have 19x10 with 265/30/19. That is 225 I believe on 19x11 I believe.

Pics? A 215 possibly could be a problem if you're that low or decide to go that low?
