Picked Up '08 IS350 (Pics)
Hey guys,
I've been lurking this forum for roughly a year, and I've finally picked up my first Lexus! My previous vehicles were a pair of Honda Preludes, and a '01 Acura EL, so this is my first Luxury Performance Sedan. This time around it came down to a '08 Infiniti G37S Coupe, 2012 Jeep Wrangler, and a '08 Lexus IS350, and I'm really glad I went with the Lex.
This model has the Luxury Package with the Mark Levinson audio, and all the other bells and whistles. Not to mention that it was insanely hard to find... It's a Canadian car with one owner with a total of 120,000 KM (75.000 Miles), and the total came to $20,000 CAD ($15,500 USD).
Just had a few questions about the car:
What cleaning products do you guys use for the leather seats?
I've noticed slight vibration when I approach the 80 MPH mark. Would a wheel balance fix this?
Is anyone here from Vancouver, BC?
Feel free to ask questions.

Congrats!
1) I usually just browse whatever Meguiar's offers. Haven't let me down yet
2) Road-force balance should do the trick. Vibration, however, could be related to a lot of different sources.

It's a very consistent vibration. Basically stars and goes away every 2 seconds at speeds over 80 MPH.
EDIT: I noticed that the car hard it's wheels recently balanced and the weights fell off. Hopefully, having them re balanced will fix the issue.

Congrats on the new pickup, she looks to be in great shape! I believe I read somewhere on here that someone had vibration when hitting 120km but an alignment fixed it for him? There's a few locals on here

I think I saw your car on craigslist! Love the rims. Mind if I ask where you got the front lip?

I will second to this, although i dont own an is one of my previous cars had the same issue and it turned out 2 wheels were bent. You should check the wheels to see if they are bent.
