Audio Quality: USB or Bluetooth?
I recently listened to music on my iPhone in my IS250, and noticed the quality was a little bit better using the USB connection as opposed to the Bluetooth connection.
Anyone else agree/disagree with this?

It's actually significantly better using the hardwired USB port.
i have no idea why so many people use BT Audio for their music.

Also, if both the phone and the Bluetooth adapter support the aptX codec, the degradation in sound quality is pretty minimal, especially when listening to music that's already pretty compressed, like Pandora or Spotify.

Can you risk your pocket getting cancer? I always take the phone out even when I use bluetooth because I don't like rubbing it.
I don't think you can get better quality than wired, but yeah with aptX you don't lose much quality with bluetooth if all devices support it. Otherwise, bluetooth audio defaults to SBC -- the crappy quality sound.

I have a USB adapter connected to the cigarette lighter port in the middle console for charging. I notice that my iPhone charges MUCH faster in that port than in the USB port in my 2010 IS. Like WAY faster. I'd be lucky if my iPhone battery increased 5-10% in an hours drive.
Why is this? The biggest reason I use the BT audio is because I like my phone to charge quickly in my car.
