Default Is350 two cutoff lines on stock HIDs

I just bought a 2008 is350 with stock hids and they have two cut off lines for some reason. One that shines in the normal spot then there's another one above it that shines a lot higher but is less bright. It shines right into people's faces and rearview mirrors. I don't think this is normal because I've seen other members cut offs and they look pretty clean. Wondering if anyone had any knowledge on this?

You need to adjust the light. One pointing way too high.

^^^^ this... it looks like the driver side. Just throw a towel over one so u know which to adjust. If it's the driver it's up and in too far. Keep us updated!

Yea the passenger side was pointing way up and the driver side down so I made them meet in the middle. Not sure how they got that far off to begin with.
