The recommended viscosity is printed right on the oil filler cap. It's also in the owners manual, see the "Specifications" section.
You didn't say which car or model year you have, nor is it in your profile.
5W30 is recommended for the IS350, and for the IS250 for model years 2006-2010. In 2011, they change the IS250 recommendation to 0W-20.
