Wheel fitment

Hey, spoke to someone the other day regarding my new wheels that i want to fit to my 07 plate IS.... the wheels i want are 35mm offset and 72.6mm center bore, does anyone know if this will be okay?
any info much appreciated

The wheel fitment is 9.5x19 et35 5x114.3. I know this is all ok just wasnt sure about center bore
