this is what i'm getting from reading previous posts. so if it's not a Lexus extended warranty, are they going to honor it? apologies for asking same questions repeatedly but i just dont want cracked up dash and panels down the road if it's a possibility i can get it corrected/replaced before it gets worst. thx

A Lexus warranty enhancement is essentially a Lexus warranty extended warranty on the subject parts (which happens to be the dash and door panels). No need to worry, Lexus is tops from customer service standpoint.

They will honor it if your VIN number/model year is within the range.

yea, but i didnt buy the car from lexus nor is it a lexus extended warranty. it's actually an extended warranty from "Warranty Solutions" off wells fargo. so my question is with this type of warranty would lexus still honor it even though it's not their own extended warranty? ..if that makes any sense. sorry

Recall done, took 1.5 hours but took the loaner 2015 RX350 for a spin, 2,120 baby miles when I rode it. Nice, but wanted an IS350...
Car wash interior clean and gas top off. Not bad.

Tried to set up my appointment to get this taken care of for this weekend. Made the appointment on Monday, today they called me and said the wait on parts is about 3 weeks at my Lexus (Thousand Oaks in Westlake Village, CA). They'll give me a call once they've got the parts in stock and my name is on the waiting list.

Lol. No car wash or gas fill up. You'd think after spending $500 on repairs I'd get at least a car wash! If you take it in for an oil change at Jiffy lube at least they clean your windshields. Sheesh.

If you complain to the service manager they will most likely let you come back in for the gas/wash. I didn't get a gas fillup when they did my fuel pressure gasket recall and an email to the service manager fixed that.
