Does 06-08 Tail Lights fit 09-12?

Dying to buy these tail lights from Spec-D Tuning http://www.specdtuning.com/lt-is25006rled-tm.html, but it says 06-08 model only. Does anyone know if it can fit anyway into a 2009-2012 model IS250?

I think the biggest difference has always we the wiring harness.
