I used the Toyota Techstream to turn off the DRL. You can use it to change other things in the car such as 1-click to unlock all doors, short click to unlock trunk, etc. The kit consists of a USB-OBDII cable and a software CD and can be bought on eBay. Easy to install and use.
Too bad luck i got crash my headlamps after the mods 3 weeks , now i Purchased a set of new [Black Fits LED DRL Headlamps] from Ebay $350 ... , here is the new look now , i removed the Highbeam 15A relay,so the highbeam doesn't work now . here is the new look :
