Bumping this thread, is this know to 250s only or does it extend to the ISF? My car has a consistent pull that hasn't been figured out by 3 dealers over 5 visits, along with the dent on the roof and a hood that isn't perfectly aligned (not as severe as some pics I've seen in here)

Sorry to hear this happen to you wife's auto insurance but this must've been something else people don't want to be honest, 1st, the SUN ROOF dent on Gen2 IS is normal from FACTORY, if you gonna check with 350 or 250 that dent on sun roof is there on EVERY GEN2 IS250/350, i went to Lexus Dealership and looked on every Gen2 IS250/350 when i did not believe it's normal from factory, i'll take a pic of my 2011 IS350 it has that dent on the corner of the sunroof too.
2nd, no offend but that fender looks like your wife HIT THE GIANT POT HOLE or RUN OVER THE CURVE, if you happen to call out an Engineer they will test how big was the pot hole you hit with a machine, the impact when the shock bottom out ! my Wife is the same, she ran off road and she keep on lying, no honey i didn't hit anything LOL ya right you broke tha front under Engine covers and damaged the rims.

Issue for class action suit? I once hit big pot hole, only thing damaged was a oil pan leaking oil. If I drove on engine would have been seized. I claimed the damage repair
cost(oil pan replacement) against city. I won. I got the reimbursement. Maybe IS are made of cardboard?, LOL! Sounds like known issue.

That sucks....I recently ran a huge pot hole on state highway doing 65-70Mph on BMW. I thought the whole car was damaged but turned out only 2 wheels and 2 tires where blown and bent. Still was $2000 bucks.
POS state highway department has a law in place that they are NOT responsible for any damages that happened on state roads. Insurance companies are running scams that if no other vehicle was involved in accident then it's automatically your fault and insurance premiums go up (zero investigation). I am sure many just give up and pay...Or you can pay the state $50 and appeal insurance decision....The appeal is always 100% winning case because it's obviously states fault.
