Car has 106k never been replaced take a look glad I changed. PIA tight spot with 19mm to get to. Sludged up take a look.

Sorry edited the pic. I threw out the valve already I would of re took pic. By the way love your intake pipe lol. ::thumb up::

ALL IS250 owners over 60k miles need to replace theirs. What, $10 for a new one and 10 minutes time to install?

I found mine on eBay OEM $6. Part # for mine was 1220431040. Double check for your year though. Its not in the maint. Manual to replace but def a must do!

Is this something that would have been cleaned or replaced during the carbon buildup/piston ring TSB?

I feel like the engine runs lil better. More responsive. Also they didn't replace or clean valve when I had TSB done.
