you may need to rebuild all four calipers.

Cut the rotors, switch pads to better brand. Move on.

I had the same issue with a Honda. It ended up being a stuck caliper. It was always slightly engaging the breaks at all times when under way. I could never tell just by driving but after a few sets of warped rotors we diagnosed the problem and I rebuilt the caliper. It solved the problem with a cheap $9 rebuild kit. Only cost me 3 sets of wrapped rotors.

i had this issue once and i couldnt figure out why my car was shaking when i was braking. i even changed the wheel bearing in the front and still didnt stop. Finally changed the rotors and it has been good since. ( aftermarket rotors ).

i did have a shop change my brake pads and resurface my rotors, so it could have been something he didnt do correctly.

Ok silly question but have you made sure the front rotors are on the correct side? They are side specific on the front of these cars for cooling purposes

If my memory serves me right, the vanes also point in the opposite direction than I would have though. I thought they would sort of scoop the air as they spin but I am fairly certain it's the opposite. Best to read the stamp on the rotor to get it right.
